SAFETY NOTICE
Due to safety considerations, the Joint Committee has reintroduced an internal Out of Bounds for those driving off the 8th / 17th tee boxes. White stakes have been placed along the edge spinney on the 9th fairway. DO NOT REMOVE these stakes. Playing the 8th hole there is no relief from these markers, Rule 14.7. Playing the 9th hole, relief, without penalty, is to be taken if the marker interferes with your stroke under Rule 16.1.
3 Club plus Putter
St. Stephen's Day 2022, a cold, brisk day with over 40 competing in this fun competition. Congratulations to the winners: Ladies - Susan Farrell; Men - 1st Ger Murphy, 2nd Dermot King, 3rd Pat Kelly who aslo scored a 2 ( on 14th)!. Visitors prize went to Peter McCarthy who also scored a 2! (on the 12th). Well done all.
See you for the Bank Holiday 4 ball team competiton on 2nd January - a great way to start the year.

Congratulations to the 44 brave souls who ignored all weather warnings and participated in the October Bank Holiday Rumble. As usual, the competition was keenly contested with players only being given 85% of their course handicaps. Less shots, swirling winds and a real soaking on the last two holes added to the fun as did the warm and welcoming atmosphere in the Club House afterwards.

Kilmashogue have retained the trophy with some outstanding scores. The final score was 263 points to Stackstown and 272 points to Kilmaschogue.

Huge congratulations to our two representatives in the Golf Ireland Silver & Bronze Medal Leinster Finals. Caroline Hill was placed 13th out of 92 in the Silver Medal played in Naas and Aine Doyle was placed 15th out of 79 in the Bronze Medal played in Westmanstown Both players have now qualified for the All Ireland Finals in Headfort in October. Well done Caroline & Aine, a wonderful result for you both - Kilmashogue is very proud of you both & your achievements.
