The Irish Mixed Foursomes Team lost out narrowly to Druids Glen in their mixed foursomes match on 25th March 2018.   With three matches away and two at home it was always going to be a challenge to make it through.   However after a win away in Druids, one win at home and a match going up the 19th in KGC we had a fighting chance.  Luck was definately on Druids side when a second shot across the water, heading out of bounds, hit a tree and bounced back onto the fairway!  So close!  We are looking forward to next year already!

Thanks to all the players who were absolutely wonderful and gave the spectators some great golfing moments.  Also the supporters who came up to KGC, to cheer on our team. Thanks especially to Captain Jim Nix , Anne O'Dea and Brendan Blake
